Our miniature schnauzer, Ruffles, has been grooming with Ellie for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier! He’s not the biggest fan of water, being brushed, or having his nails clipped, but Ellie’s patience, kindness, and deep love for animals truly shine through. She goes above and beyond to create a safe, fear-free environment where he feels comfortable and cared for.

Ellie is truly the best of the best when it comes to dog grooming! She has groomed both of my dogs, Sky and Storm, and I couldn’t have asked for a more patient and skilled groomer. Her kindness and understanding with Sky, who is naturally anxious, was incredible – she never pushed her beyond her comfort zone, making the experience as stress-free as possible. And as for Storm, he absolutely loved his grooms with Ellie! Thanks to her gentle approach, he’s now so calm and relaxed during grooming sessions. I’m absolutely devastated to see Ellie leaving London, but I know the lucky dogs of Chipperfield are in for a real treat. They will love her to bits.

When I first got my cavapoo puppy, she was afraid of the hairbrush and wouldn’t let me near her no matter what I tried. Then she had one intro groom with Ellie, and has peacefully let me brush her every day since. I regularly tell people Ellie is some kind of dog whisperer, because every dog seems so happy and at ease with her. My dog regularly falls asleep during her grooms! And that’s not even getting into the amazing work Ellie does with the groom itself. My dog always looks amazing, and gets so many compliments. The grooms grow out really nicely, and are easy to maintain.

As a first-time owner of a long-haired dog, Ellie has been so supportive, patient, and educational to work with. I can’t sing her praises enough, or recommend her more!

Pomeranians can be quite tricky to groom, but Chanel always leaves Ellie’s salon looking absolutely her best! Ellie has a real talent for working with her coat and gives her such a beautiful and well-maintained look every single time. It’s a testament to her skill and understanding of different breeds.
